Position Title: Collection Agent (Full-time and Part-time, PM shifts available)


Location: McAllen, Texas

The McAllen Operations team is looking for talented, self-motivated individuals who have a desire for success! We provide paid training for individuals with the qualifications and skill set necessary to perform well in this position.

Job Duties: Communicate with consumers using company and client required scripts. Resolve accounts by discussing options, developing a solution and negotiating terms for payment. Demonstrate effective listening skills and analytical techniques through proper review of previous actions, follow-ups. Document all contact attempts including messages left, no answer and conversations in the required systems. Avoid legal challenges by complying with regulatory, company and client requirements.

This is a non-exempt position that includes a base rate plus bonus opportunity. The position offers medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) participation upon eligibility. Multiple shifts are available. Evening shifts available for those attending school.

Position Title: Dialer Technician (Day Shift)


Location: McAllen, Texas

The Dialer Technician works with the dialer team, Corporate Dialer Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate daily dialer strategies to maximize collection efforts.

Job Duties: Coordinate daily call missions as assigned. Monitor agent activity by ensuring agent efficiency while online. Gather and analyze information from various sources to forecast call volumes and report information to designated departments as assigned. Continuously monitor results and analyze data for trends. Make recommendations for future strategies.
