Penncro Associates, Inc., one of the largest and most diversified outsource providers in the accounts receivable industry, was founded in October of 1982 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our Southampton, PA office serves as our corporate headquarters and is home to our principals as well as our Risk Management, Compliance/Quality, Business Development and Information Technology departments.

In 2002, as our company continued to grow, Penncro opened a call center located in McAllen, Texas. Within the past 6 months, we have remodeled the McAllen facility, increasing the number of collectors from 250 to approximately 450 seats.

In 2003, Penncro made another strategic investment by renovating our main facility in Southampton and adding an additional 10,000 square feet. The completely refurbished office now has 212 workstations, a state of the art dialer department with video connectivity to McAllen and extended training/development areas.

Penncro services a variety of industries in the accounts receivables business, including Banking, Utilities, Telecommunications, Finance, Mortgages, Retail, Commercial, Tax, Oil and Student Loans. We perform early out, pre charge-off collections as a first or third party. We also perform post charge-off recovery collections at the primary and secondary levels, as well as risk-based outsourcing. Our diverse client base includes partnerships with some of the largest credit grantors and businesses in the U.S. Within any facet of our clients receivables management needs, we are certain that we can provide quality solutions to help reduce delinquency and turn outstanding accounts into positive cash flow.
